Staff

Laborers and Operators

We utilize an experienced team of Laborers and Operators, any of which have been working for Vollers for decades, and in some cases multiple generations.

Drivers and Mechanics

Aside from safety training, all of our drivers, where required, have their CDL and DOT certifications. Our mechanics continuously receive dealer training with major manufacturers and are supplied the necessary equipment and laptop computers for making state-o-the-art electronic repairs..

Supervisors

Due to the diverse talents and training of our supervision team, we can meet the needs of project, big or small.

Our knowledgeable team of supervisors has collectively accumulated over 1200 years of experience in the field. Through these experiences, they’ve learned how vital and uncommon clear communication and good attitude can be in this business, and in how well they work with client field representatives.

By requiring a high level of integrity, both professionally and personally, among our employees, we’ve been able to cultivate an environment of support, drive, and cooperation.

Our talented team of Supervisors is no exception to this, and actively utilizes their wealth of experience to teach and train their co-workers.

We believe that to manage a jobsite safely and efficiently, a Supervisor must…

  • Actively observe and organize their work environment.
  • Maintain and patient and positive attitude.
  • Promote a team-player environment via leadership skills.
  • Preserve open and concise communication between all parties within the work environment.
