Suffern, New York
Rocklands Logistics Center
Logistics and Industrial Development
From former campus to new logistics site.
At Rockland Logistics in Suffern, New York, VOLLERS carried substantial responsibility across Demolition and Sitework as a former pharmaceutical campus was cleared and redeveloped for a new logistics use.

$35,000,000
16 Months (Complete)
50-man crew
- 11 buildings
- Approximately 650,000 square feet of Demolition 162-acre redevelopment
- Approximately 1.2-million-square-foot logistics development
- Two warehouses
Redevelopment
The site had to change before the next use could take shape.
Rockland began as a large existing pharmaceutical campus. The redevelopment required substantial removal across the property before the site could move toward an entirely different future use.
VOLLERS' role included major Demolition of the existing development and substantial Sitework supporting the new logistics project.
That breadth is what makes Rockland more than a Demolition story or a Sitework story on its own. It shows VOLLERS taking meaningful responsibility on both sides of a major redevelopment.

Demolition
Clearing a substantial existing campus.
VOLLERS carried substantial Demolition responsibility across multiple structures on the property. The working project record includes structural demolition, slab and foundation removal, concrete crushing and stockpiling, asphalt milling, and other work associated with clearing the existing development.
The scale was significant: the current record identifies 11 buildings totaling approximately 650,000 square feet.
Sitework
Building the site forward.
As the redevelopment moved toward its new logistics use, VOLLERS also carried substantial Sitework responsibility.
The working record includes mass earthwork, Utilities, roadways, parking, site concrete interfaces, and broader site-development responsibility across the property.
That work carries the project story beyond removal. The existing campus first had to come down; the site then had to be reshaped and developed around what was coming next.
Responsibility Across the Redevelopment
Two Major Capabilities. One changing site.
Rockland demonstrates VOLLERS carrying substantial Demolition and Sitework responsibility on the same redevelopment.
The current evidence establishes that VOLLERS was involved in both major parts of the site's transformation: removing substantial existing development and carrying substantial Sitework as the property moved toward its new logistics use.
That alone is meaningful proof of breadth.

Project Proof
Substantial responsibility across a major transformation.
Demolition at meaningful scale
Rockland shows VOLLERS carrying substantial responsibility for removing multiple structures and preparing a large existing property for redevelopment.
Sitework beyond the removal phase
VOLLERS' responsibility also included substantial Sitework as the property moved toward its new logistics use.
Breadth across two Major Capabilities
Together, the two scopes show the breadth of VOLLERS' responsibility across the redevelopment.
New York project experience
The Suffern project provides a concrete example of VOLLERS performing substantial work in New York.
